Welcome to the website. Let me introduce myself. I am attorney Cloyd E. Havens II. I was raised in Glendora and graduated from Charter Oak High in 1978. I worked in small business and owned a small business until returning to college to earn my degrees. I graduated with highest honors from the University of Redlands with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management. I was a merit scholarship student to Western State University College of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctor degree with honors with an emphasis in Taxation.

I have practiced law since 1998, focusing on estate planning, trusts, probate and asset protection. I also enjoy teaching Business Law at Azusa Pacific University as an Adjunct Professor since 2003. My clients are also well educated in their areas of concern because I am a communicator. They are comfortable when they leave my office, knowing their questions have been answered to their satisfaction and they can call me when other concerns arise.
